Easy Mode
Easy mode is one of two unique game modes found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age.
Basic Description
Easy Mode is offered when the player begins a new game while having at least one completed game file in a save slot. Once starting the game, the player is offered to play the game in Easy Mode, Hard Mode, and standard mode. When Easy Mode is chosen, the player is allowed to choose which completed game file to base the new game on.
With Easy Mode, the player is allowed to have all party members start at the level your Adepts were at the end of the chosen game file. It also transfers all money, EXP and any permanent stat increases (such as those gained by consuming Apples), from the completed file to the new game. In addition, all enemies retain standard statistics. This combination makes it possible, although very tedious, to maximize all stats on all characters.
It should be noted that Easy Mode does not transfer items or Djinn however. Therefore, in order to obtain all Djinn (and hence gain access to Anemos Inner Sanctum), a transfer is required, which, if not done before agreeing to play on Easy Mode, will override the original Golden Sun's character's stats. If, however, the transfer is completed before choosing a Lost Age Clear Data file for Easy Mode, then Isaac's party will join Felix's with the stats from the Lost Age Clear Data.
During The Lost Age's prologue, Jenna will start only with her Flare and Fume Psynergies. This is only temporary, however: Her normal Psynergy set will be restored once Echo is obtained, and they can be restored sooner by removing any equipped items.
