Spirit Sense
Spirit Sense (センス, Sense) is a Jupiter Utility Psynergy introduced in Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. It is similar in nature to Mind Read. Its encyclopedia entry reads as follows:
- "This wind-based Psynergy allows users to read minds. Only Sveta can wield this power, though Ivan and Sheba were known to use a similar ability."
Basic Description
Spirit Sense cost 1 PP per use, and is unique to Sveta in regards to playable characters. However, it is suggested through in-game dialogue that Sveta's father could also use Spirit Sense. Like Mind Read, Spirit Sense allows the user to read the inner thoughts of a person, but is differentiated in that Spirit Sense also allows the person to communicate with the dead, via corpses or gravestones.
Sveta will perform Spirit Sense automatically during several cutscenes. Outside of cutscenes, Spirit Sense can provide helpful hints and is necessary for activating certain events.
