At the very end of the Aqua Rock dungeon, you have the opportunity to use Piers' new Parch Psynergy on the pool of water south of the chamber in which Parch was awarded. The submerged chest can now be reached, but it will only contain a rusty sword. If you bring it to the Blacksmith in Yallam, then leave town and come back, you can spend 7600 coins to buy the reforged Robber's Blade from him.
The Robber's Blade's Unleash effect is Shred (アーマーシュレッド, Āmā shureddo?, lit. Armor Shred), which deals the equivalent to a standard physical attack with a flat 33 damage points added, and the overall damage is aligned with the Mars element. It also causes a 70% base chance to temporarily reduce the target's Defense statistic by two 12.5% "stages" (a maximum of four can be maintained on a given target). Shred's visual effect appears as bright-orange beams of energy converging into an orange sphere that grows at the position of the target, then detonates in a large explosion. (Like with other Unleashes that attempt to lower Defense, an orange image of a shield then forms and shatters at the target's position, whether or not the Unleash successfully decreased Defense.)
This weapon can be seen as a Defense-lowering equivalent to the Attack-lowering Shamshir sold in Izumo, which has extremely similar Attack and added Unleash damage. However, there is virtually no reason to equip this on either Felix or Piers because stronger weapons will be gotten quite quickly during the player's time spent exploring the Eastern Sea, in some cases as treasures that can be gotten without monetary expense (such as the 110-Attack Mist Sabre found earlier in the dungeon itself). If you spend the coins reforging it and then sell it off, you will have expended a total of 1900 coins, so you may consider just selling off the Rusty sword itself cheaply.
If you are willing to grind against RNG for it, the Giant Axe can be rarely dropped by the Earth Golems in Treasure Isle at the northeast end of the world map (at a 1/32 chance each time an Earth Golem is slain by an attack-based Jupiter Djinni like Blitz). This functionally comes across as a directly improved duplicate of the Robber's Blade, sporting 13 more base Attack and 14 more added Mars Damage for its Defense-lowering Unleash. As an Axe, it also can only be equipped by warrior-style Adepts.
