Visual effect of High Vitals
|Effect name||High Vitals|
|Side effect||May restore the user's HP by the amount of damage done|
Basic Description[edit | edit source]
The Rising Mace increases the wielder's attack by 152 points. It is bought for 13900 coins while its resale value is 10425 coins.
The Rising Mace's Unleash effect is High Vitals (ハイバイタル, High Vital?), which activates at a rate of 35% (which is standard) and converts the attack into a Jupiter-elemental attack with 52 extra attack points added, and the effect may add damage done to the user's HP. High Vitals merely visually resembles the wielder attacking and blue balls of energy being siphoned from the enemy into the wielder.
Analysis[edit | edit source]
The Rising Mace is acquired in Jupiter Lighthouse, but only later on in the lighthouse's right tower accessible with the Hover Psynergy, because that is where Blue Dragons reside. If found at this time, the Rising Mace makes for an excellent weapon for Sheba because of the matching Jupiter influence and her lower HP can be restored by the unleash.
