Agility

Get the talk page started :P I was wondering why Piers has the second lowest agility rating when his stats show 130% while Mia has 120%. I know in-game he is slower than her but the percentages doesn't make any sense to me. It makes more sense in Dark Dawn since Amiti has Pier's agility stat and he is faster than Rief.
