- Well, events near the end of DD suggest that the "elements" of Dark and Light are coming - or perhaps returning - to Weyard. However, I think it's too soon to treat them as proper elements. This article should probably be rewritten to make it sound less like Dark Psynergy is a sure thing, or at least until we know more. HungryPaperweight 10:27, 5 January 2011 (CST)
- At the end of DD, Blados said something along the lines of: "At this point, we can consider the existence of Dark Psynergy as an open secret, right?" Dark Adepts and the Umbra clan are very related to Tuaparang and probably Shadow Shield is the first Dark Psynergy in the series, that's it. Even if it isn't further developed, I think Dark Psynergy deserves its own article. Anyway, I just started it and wrote a general idea, feel free to edit it in a more correct way if you think so. - While that may be true, that's about all we've got. There is no "Dark" element programmed into the game, so "Dark Psynergy" is mostly a plot device. Also, Shadow Shield being a Dark Psynergy is mostly speculation, which is something we try to avoid on wikis. That doesn't mean Dark Psynergy shouldn't be mentioned, only that it doesn't quite deserve an article of its own yet (or at least in my opinion). I've added a blurb about Sol and Luna on the Psynergy article, so for now I'm gonna redirect this article to there. If enough people think this deserves its own article, though, we can change things back. HungryPaperweight 11:41, 5 January 2011 (CST)
- Well, no problem then, I admit I might have speculated too much in this article, haha. However, TBQH if Dark Psynergy isn't coded is mainly because Camelot wanted to develop that in the next game, not because it isn't "proper" Psynergy. Anyway, maybe it's too soon to start an article because of the few info we got. ''Blood'' 11:55, 5 January 2011 (CST)
- I'm glad we could come to an agreement. Also, I'm sorry if I implied that Dark Psynergy isn't "proper Psynergy". I mostly meant that it has no actual bearing on gameplay, yet. I'll admit, though, that I hope it does get an expanded role in GS4 (although I don't usually like associating "Luna" with "darkness"). P.S. TBQH? First time I've seen that acronym. Care to elaborate? HungryPaperweight 12:04, 5 January 2011 (CST)
- To be quite honest :P ''Blood'' 12:51, 5 January 2011 (CST)
