Use effect?

I noticed that the List of Circlets says that the Glittering Tiara is "used to inflict Delusion" on enemies. However, this page says that it's used "to remove Delusion from one Adept." I haven't actually used it before, but I did select it on the item menu, and it targets enemies, not allies. To make a long story short, I think this article has a mistake. But since I'm new here, I wanted someone's opinion before trying to edit it. Does anyone know what it really does? (I guess I could check myself, but I'd like to focus on a little "project" of mine) HungryPaperweight 22:03, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
