Hmm... somewhat dated information... come Dark Dawn, you have the Godspeed Combo (Zol Ring + Hover Boots) and the True Godspeed Combo (Godspeed Combo + Elven Shirt), which basically makes this the easiest stat in the game to max out. My Godspeed Ronin Tyrell combo makes the slowest character in the game, while in a slow class, the fastest and most durable buffer there ever was. That's really freaking impressive.
