Despite being fully coded into the game cart, this item is impossible to acquire in-game without utilizing some form of hacking. While it is a Shirt, it can only be equipped by female Adepts. Its purchase value is 2700 coins and its sell value is 2025 coins. The Divine Camisole increases the wearer's base defense by 10, and it increases base Luck by 5.

It is effectively a much more powerful version of the Silk Shirt, having more Defense and five times as much Luck to provide, meaning that if a female Adept did not need either agility (from the Running Shirt) or even more durability (from the Mythril Shirt and Golden Shirt), this would have been a rather useful alternative.
