Djinnfest Similarity

Hey! So I was looking through the code where djinn manipulation abilities like Djinnfest are handled in GS2 and found that Fugue is also capable of putting one of a target's djinn in recovery. The problem is that enemies do not carry djinn, so this effect is never seen in normal gameplay; I added this to the trivia section just because. Salanewt 1/6/2017
