Okay, here's what I was trying to do when I stuffed up.
If the current text on the page is replaced with @disabled then that should put an end to the bot. I think it's more of a hindrance than a help. It even welcomes vandals, plus on occasion users who have already edited in the past, and it spams up Recent Changes too. Do we really need it to welcome IP addresses who only edit once and never appear again? I think we should try turning it off. Kyarorain 17:26, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
