How many do you want?
Then here you go!

Would you like to equip it now, [character]?
You look bolder already!

Anything else today?
Feel free to drop in anytime.

You can't carry any more of this item, [character], so who gets it?
What would you like?
Anything else?
What do you want to sell?
Want to sell anything else?
You can't remove your [item]. Come back once it's off.

Sorry, but we don't buy those.

How many will you sell?
How about [number] coin(s) for your [item]?
What rare stuff! How about [number] coin(s)?
That comes to [number] coin(s)! Sound good?
Your [item] is damaged,
so...maybe [number] coin(s)?
How about [number] coin(s) for your old [item]?
OK! It's a deal!

What? Changed your mind? Well, too bad for you.

All right, I'll buy it! Here are your coins.

You don't want to let go of it, do you?

Sorry, but we're out of stock. Come back later, OK?

You must be a connoisseur if those caught your eye.
What would you like?
You should fix damaged weapons before they break.
What needs fixing?
Sorry, but we don't handle [item](s).

Huh? That [item] isn't damaged at all.

This [item] won't come off. Bring it back after you get it off.

Uh-oh, you don't seem to have enough money.

So who gets this [item]?
What! You don't want it?

Ask me anything about armor.
I beg your pardon, but you can't afford that.

And who is this for?
[character] can't carry any more, so who gets it?
[character] can't equip this. Is that OK?
How many do you want?
Here you go.

Would you like to equip it now, [character]?
It looks very good on you.

Can I get you anything else?
Thank you very much! Please come again.

[character] can't carry another [item]. Who gets it?
What are you looking for?
Anything else I can get you?
What can you sell me?
Want to sell anything else?
Your [item] won't come off. Take it off, then bring it back.

Sorry, but we don't buy those.

How many will you sell?
Does [number] coins for your [item] sound fair?
This is rare stuff! How about [number] coin(s)?
That's a total of [number] coin(s), okay?
That [item] is damaged,
so...[number] coin(s)?
How does [number] coin(s)
for your [item] sound?
Thank you much.

You don't like my price? Sorry, I can't help that.

Thank you much.

That's as high as I can go. Sorry, but no deal.

I'm sorry. We're all out of stock right now.

My, you have good taste! Everything we carry here is of excellent quality.
What would you like?
Do you need repairs?
On which item?
Oh, [item]? I'm sorry, but we don't handle those.

But that doesn't seem to need any repairs.

I have to take it to fix it, so if you don't take it off, I can't help you.

I am so sorry, but you don't have enough money.

Repairing your [item]
will be [number] coin(s), OK?
It doesn't seem to be within your budget...

It will be my pleasure to fix your [item].

To whom should I give this [item]?
Oh! You don't need it?

Welcome! We have just the gear you need.
I'm sorry, but that's a litle out of your price range.

Now, who is this for?
[character]'s hands are full, so who wants it?
[character] can't equip this. Is that OK?
How many do you need?
OK, here you go.

Will you be equipping this right now, [character]?
It suits you very well.

Feel free to take a look around.
Thank you very much. Please come again.

[character] can't hold this [item], so who wants it?
What would you like?
Is there anything else?
What do you want to sell?
Is there anything else?
This [item] won't come off. Come back after you remove it.

I'm sorry, but we don't carry this product.

How many can you sell me?
Is [number] coin(s) for your [item] good?
What rare stuff! How does [number] coin(s) sound?
That comes to [number] coin(s). Does that sound good?
Your [item] is damaged,
so how about [number] coin(s)?
How about [number] coin(s) for this [item]?
Good, here's your money.

The price doesn't suit you? I'm afraid I can't negotiate.

Please accept this money.

That's my best offer. Take it or leave it.

We don't have many rarities right now, but do come again.

Rarities, huh? Well, here's my best stuff.
What would you like?
I see.
What can I repair for you?
Oh, [item]? I'm sorry, but we don't handle those.

Oh, this [item] is in mint condition.

I cannot repair your [item] if you can't
remove it.

You don't have enough? That's too bad.

It's [number] coin(s) to repair this [item], OK?
You don't like the price? Sorry, I don't haggle.

Then, I will take it.

Your repairs are done. Here you go.

Do you need any more repairs?
Please take a complimentary [item].

Who will take this [item]?
You don't need it?

Welcome to our inn.
It's [number] coin(s) for a room. Would you like to stay?
Please enjoy your stay.

I'm afraid you don't have enough.

Please come again.

I hope you slept well. Have a nice trip!

Welcome, weary wanderers. What aid do you seek?
Do you wish for more aid?
Visit us again anytime you need healing.

Hmm, you were downed in battle and need reviving, do you?

Fear not, none of your companions is down.

Who shall I revive?
Reviving [character] requires a donation of [number] coin(s). OK?
I'm sorry, but you must be able to pay the donation.

The donation is too much? Then weary wanderers you shall remain.

Then I call upon my healing powers.

[character] has been revived!

Revive for [number] coin(s)
This ally needs no healing.
Hmm, so you need an antidote to poison or deadly poison?

Fear not! None of your companions has been poisoned!

Whom shall I cure?
I require a donation of [number] coin(s) to cure [character], OK?
You cannot cover the required donation, so I cannot provide a cure.

The donation is too much? Then weary wanderers you shall remain.

I shall apply the cure.

The poison has left [character].

Right when I saw those materials, I had to work!

Which item needs my special attention?
Aren't you the ones mucking about earlier?

No, that's no good. It just has no soul...

It's OK if I work with your [item]?
You want it to shine, don't you?
Hm... That's not right...

Well, hm... I wonder which one...

Well, all right! I'm going to make you something great!

A little elbow grease, and I'll make something great!

Ah, so you're looking for a really unique item, huh?
Hey, if it ain't a'rainin', I ain't a'workin'! Come back when it's raining!

Listen up... It's a bright, sunshiny day, and I'm not working till it rains.
But I'm not just slacking because it's a nice day. I only work in the rain!

You want me to make you a little something special?
Well, look at that! You went to get some raw materials for me, didn't you?

Hm... Maybe I made a mistake. It's hard to tell...
If you want good work, I'll need good materials.

I can't wait to see what I'm going to wind up making with this...
It's funny, but I never know until I actually start working!

My wife has the item I made you. She can give it to you.

This? This is the blacksmith Sunshine's smithy, the best forge in Weyard!
But Sunshine's not taking any jobs right now.

It takes our Sunshine a long time to finish the items he works on.
Maybe you could just...wait a little while before coming to pick it up...

Here's the item you wanted. Now, about the payment...
We only take cash. Is that all right with you?
Hey, we're not a charity! If you can't pay for it, you don't get it!

Whoops! Looks like you've got a full load there! This'll have to wait.

You don't enough money! What are you trying to pull? I can't give you this!

OK, here you go!

Man, Sunshine would be rich if he worked more. What a waste...

Welcome, welcome! If you need it, we've got it! See anything you need?
I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money.

Who should I give it to?
[character] is carrying too much already. Who should I give it to?
[character] can't equip that. Do you want it anyway?
How many do you want?
OK, it's all yours!

Do you want [character] to equip it now?
Wow, that's great, huh?

Feel free to keep shopping!
Come back soon!

Looks like [character] can't hold any more stuff, huh? Who should I give this [item] to?
Which would you like to buy?
Do you need anything else?
Which one should I take?
Should I grab another?
You can't get rid of the [item], so you can't take anything else. Come get it later.

Terribly sorry, but we don't carry those.

You're selling that many?
Hm...[item]... Does [number] coin(s) sound fair?
This is really quite a find. Does [number] coin(s) sound fair?
The total comes to [number] coin(s). How's that sound?
That [item] is a bit worn... How about...[number] coin(s)?
Hm...[item]... How does [number] coin(s) sound?
OK, here's your money.

Well, that's the best I can do. Oh well...

There you go...

I'm really not supposed to do this, but I can be flexible...

We're out of stock on our bargain buys. Check with us again in the near future.

Ah, a bargain hunter, eh? Nothing but great deals here!
What would you like?
You need a little repair work?
And what needs fixing, then?
Terribly sorry, but we don't carry [item](s).

Huh-hey! There's no scars on this [item].

Listen, about that... If you can't equip that [item], then we can't fix it, you know?

Jeez, all that nonsense, and you don't have enough money.

Fixing this [item] will run you [number] coin(s), OK?
Too much for you? Oh well...

I'll keep this for you.

The repair work is finished. Here you go.

Any other repairs?
Here's [item] for you, as a little gift.

Who should I give the [item] to?
You don't need that, do you?

Minigames

Hey, buddy, wanna try yer luck at the dice?
It's [number] coin(s) to play.
OK! Then take the dice.

No? Oh, well. Who's next?

Read the sign if ya don't know the rules.

Hey! Ya don't have enough coins! Ya gotta pay to play.

Ya won [number] coin(s)! Talk about lucky!

Ya lost [number] coin(s). Better luck next time.

Lucky Dice

Throw the dice on the table and try to get the same numbers.

Prizes are based on the numbers rolled and where each die lands.

The more numbers that match, the more you win.

Lucky Dice

If two numbers match on either the dice or the table...

it's called a pair, and you don't win or lose anything.

Two pair doubles your money. Triple matches triple your money.

Four of a kind is perfect, and you win five times your bet.

Plus, if your dice come up perfect on the Perfect Bonus spot
on the table, you win an even bigger bonus!

Ya won [number] coin(s)! Talk about lucky!

Ya lost [number] coin(s). Better luck next time.

Is this yer first time to play Lucky Dice?
Once ya start playing, ya won't want to stop.
There's no other game in all the lands that's this much fun.

Lucky Dice is all the rage in Tolbi. You can play it year-round.

Whoa! Getting triple digits is real tough!

I don't want to stop playing Lucky Dice, but I can't spend anymore!

Winning or losing is pure luck. I ain't cheatin' nobody.

The rules for Lucky Dice ain't all that hard.
Ya can even learn 'em while ya play.

Sometimes, people who have never played Lucky Dice win the most.
They call that beginner's luck.

Thinking won't help you win this game. When I try to think
about how to throw the dice, I lose. Maybe I think too much.

My luck has run out for today. I better quit playing.

Step right up and try your hand at lucky wheels!

You gotta have game tickets to play.

You have [number] game ticket(s), Felix.
Would you like to use these tickets?
The rules are listed on the sign. Take a look, take a look.

You can't carry any more items. Are you sure you want to play?
If you win anything, you might not be able to take it with you.
Is that okay?
Then get rid of some items and come again.

Step right up and enjoy yourself.

Choose how many tickets you'll use.

Are you ready to quit?
Now, we'll start round [number].

Congratulations!

You won [item]! Here you go.

And you won [item]! Here you go.

Come again!

Too bad... Come back after you get some tickets.

Too bad...
Would you like to use your tickets to keep playing?
Lucky Wheels Rules

Pull the lever and try to line up matching icons to win big.

You have only 5 chances to pull the lever.

Press the star to keep a wheel from spinning and match other wheels.

You get 1 line for 1 game ticket, 3 lines for 2 tickets,

5 lines for 3 tickets, and 7 lines for 4 tickets.
Use all your tickets on Lucky Wheels!

Lucky Wheels Prizes

Prizes are determined by which icons you match.

Shirts win undershirts, Rings win rings, Boots win boots,

Stars and Hearts win you items...

And Moons are wild—they can win you anything.

Would you like to give Tolbi Spring a try?
What will you throw?
You don't have any coins!

You have no Lucky Medals!

You won [number] coin(s)!

You can't carry more items. Do you still want to play?
Felix gave up!

I get nervous when I toss coins backward. I wish I could face forward...

Why won't anyone give me a Lucky Medal?

This is a Lucky Medal, so it should be OK if I miss by a bit.
I need all the good luck I can get.

Hmm... I wonder if these kids will take all the best items...

Welcome, welcome, step right up! Care for a round of Super Lucky Dice?
OK, then let 'em roll!

Oh really? That's a shame!

If you want to learn about the rules to Super Lucky Dice, just check out the sign.

Super Lucky Dice The Rules of the Game.

Throw all four dice onto the table in a single toss.

If two of the dice match, it's a push, and you win your money back.

If three of the dice match, you win back twice the bet you placed.

If you get two pairs of matching dice, you win three times the bet you placed.

If all four dice match, it's a perfect toss! You win eight times your bet!

If you get one pair, two pair, three of a kind, or a perfect four, you can play the hi-lo game!

You have to guess whether the next roll of the dice will be more or less than your current total.

If you win the hi-lo game, you double your winnings! You can do this up to five times.

So, tell me, pal... Have you ever played Superdice before?
Yeah, but you've never won, have you? I can see it in your face.

Now, this here's a simple game, but it's my favorite dice game.

If you lose the hi-lo game, you don't win anything... It's tough to know when to quit!

I almost always get at least one pair, but then I lose everything on the hi-lo game!

When they lose, they call me a cheater. When they win, they call it skill. Really, it's all just luck.

It's not a tough game, not if you play enough. You just sorta learn as you play...

This kid's got unlucky written all over his face.
One unlucky person can spoil it for everyone... I hope he doesn't ruin my lucky streak.

It's tough to know when to keep playing and when to cut your losses.

I can win, I can win, I can win! Whoa! ...I'm going to lose...

Sorry, pal, but you've gotta have more coins to play.

It's our turn. Let's go, Felix.

Hey, Felix, I'm all set to show you what I've got.

If you want me to fight, I'll do it, but don't expect anything amazing from me.

I'll do the best I can!

?
Hey, I'll do my best if you do yours!

You don't even want to try? I'll show you my power.

All right, Felix, we'll do it together!

OK, we're set, Felix. But remember, you're calling the shots, all right?.

What? I have to take a break? Why do I have to do that?

There's something really sad about being told to stay behind.

That's fine, I could use some rest anyway.

?
OK, I'll be waiting right here. Do your best, and hurry back.

Don't you want me with you anymore, Felix?

Are you trying to tell me something, Felix?

I'll fight enough for both of us...

If you don't want to fight, that's fine. We'll do better without you, no problem.

Huh? No way! Please fill in for me!

I'll do the best I can.

?
Wait, I say I'll fight, and then you back out of it? What's that all about?

Good luck, Felix! If you want me, you know where to find me.

So it's just me. Is that all right? I'm a little nervous.

I don't care who I'm fighting; I'm going to fight with everything I've got.

I'm looking forward to finding out who I'm gonna thump.

Now that I'm all ready to fight, I'm not concerned about losing at all...

I'm not sure if my Psynergy or my weapons will give me the upper hand in battle...

?
They can send in anyone they want, because I'm going to knock them all down flat!

I hope we're fighting someone big and strong. I like a challenge.

Whatever we face, I'm sure we can deal with it.

I'll leave this up to you.

All this waiting around is boring! Hurry up and clean their clocks!

It doesn't fill me with confidence to know you're not taking part.

I only hope everybody comes through this intact...

?
I'd be more comfortable if I were out there with you.

If you leave me behind and then lose, I'll never forgive you!

I just hope your aim doesn't falter...

Everybody deserves a little credit for this victory!

You can count on me, through thick and thin!

If I seemed nervous, it was only because I wasn't sure you were prepared for this.

I'm glad we won... But don't you feel at all bad for your opponents?

?
You know, you would never have won without me.

Yeah... That didn't offer a lot of challenge.

I gave it my best effort, as you could see.

Everybody did great! I didn't worry at all about you!

You won? Without me? Wow... Way to make a guy feel unneeded there.

You really stayed cool in the heat of battle. Good work!

The most important thing is that nobody got hurt. Except your opponents.

?
Sure, you won, but...it would have been a lot easier if I'd been there, huh?

Oh, you won? Yeah, that's great. But you still left me behind!

That was a stunning battle. I was on the edge of my seat.

Don't blame yourself... It was just a bad strategy.

Pull yourself together! We'll do it next time.

You should have picked someone else. It's all my fault that we lost.

I didn't help out very much, did I? I'm sorry...

?
Wow. That was a serious beating... What happened to us?

I was doing my very best. I certainly hope you were, too.

Maybe it would have been better if I just hadn't come...

You win some, you lose some. That's the nature of competition.

What? You lost? That's what you get for leaving me out!

It's not a problem, Felix. You'll do better next time.

I know I wasn't out there with you, but...I still blame myself.

?
Of course, you're going to lose if you have such an awful attitude about it!

If you'd taken me with you, none of this would ever have happened. Don't you forget it.

You should have asked for my help. From the look of things, you could have used it.

I'm just going to watch. But you guys are going to battle, aren't you?
Well, do your best.

I don't have the guts to fight in the battle arena. I'll just be sitting here, if that's OK.

You look a little scrawny, but guys like you are often surprisingly strong...

Fighting a guy with a build like that would really wear me out! Whew!

I'll be rooting for you! Do your best!

I like my men macho. You...don't work out much, do you?

Hm... It comes in like this... Then you do this, and... Whoa, that's not right...

You could use Psynergy, Djinn, even summons and items! There are a lot of battle strategies...

So you win against one guy, and then you lose against the next.
Depending on the foe, you've got to change up your tactics.

I need to find a way to get stronger, but I'm just out of ideas. Maybe a nice smoothie?

Sometimes, your class changes when you unleash a Djinni.
You need to watch that, because it can get you into some real trouble if you're not careful.

Should I enter or not? I'm so stressed about this...

It looks like this is your first time here.
I will teach you what it is like to fight in a battle.

You've won [number] Linked Battle(s). Keep up the good work!

It looks like this is your first time here.
You can ask me about the results of your battle. Okay?

You've won [number] Linked Battle(s).
Check the board on the wall for the best records so far.

Up to three allies can fight in Linked Battle finals.
The results vary greatly depending on who you set what Djinn to.

That was a great battle.. What excitement!

Too bad. Sometimes, you have to be lucky to win. Don't be too disappointed.

Is this the Battle Arena the old man spoke of? I thought it was a
story of dreams. Or is this the old man's dream?

Wow... You guys. You are much stronger than you look.

What happened, you guys? Try harder.

Hm... It comes in like this... Then you do this, and... Whoa, that's not right...

Hm... It comes in like this... Then you do this, and... Whoa, that's not right...

I am a traveling warrior. I came here to become stronger...
Listen to me on this: Don't underestimate the monsters here...

You aren't too bad. But don't become too arrogant from this
victory. Continue to train yourselves.

You have to train more.
Put your heart into it when you fight.

I will tell you your total wins when you finish the linked finals.

I will tell you your consecutive wins when you finish the finals.

You've won [number] consecutive Monster Battle(s).
Keep up the good work!

I can't wait to see how many Monster Battles you win.
I'll be counting your victories!

Up to three allies can fight in the linked finals.
There are four in your party, so the rightmost ally will have to pass.

Up to three allies can fight in the linked finals...
So all of you can fight!

You can change the order of your party in the status screen.
But you knew that, right?

Up to three allies can join you in a Link Mode battle.
Your party has eight allies total, so only the three allies on the left of the list can fight.

In the linked finals, you can't delay after your opponent selects a move.
If you don't choose your command within 15 seconds, you automatically defend.

Monster Battle rules say you all must fight as a team against a monster.
If you're fighting as a team, you can use the same tactics...
you used in your travels.

So you win against one guy, and then you lose against the next.
Depending on the foe, you've got to change up your tactics.

You could use Psynergy, Djinn, even summons and items! There are a lot of battle strategies...

Should I enter or not? I'm so stressed about this...

To use Summon quickly, Djinn must be on standby.
But to improve your class, Djinn must be set... Hmm... Choices, choices...

Do you put Djinn on standby before a battle, or do you set them?
I usually set them to raise my class before I fight.

Remove Djinn you rarely use so you can summon quickly.
I'm impatient, so I prefer to fight in short battles.

Sometimes, your class changes when you unleash a Djinni.
You need to watch that, because it can get you into some real trouble if you're not careful.

All the warriors are impressive, so I get edgy before battles begin.

I could enter, but I'd just get hurt if I did... That'd be stupid.

The four elements are the basic building blocks of all matter.
The elemental spirits are called Djinn.
The four elements are Venus for Earth, Mercury for Water,
Mars for Fire, and Jupiter for Wind.
Each element has many different Djinn.
When you set a Djinni, its elemental power may change your class
or Psynergy. In battle, you can unleash the powers of set Djinn.
When a Djinni is standing by, you can use it to summon in battle.
To use a summon immediately, put your Djinn on standby before
battle. But be careful, because changing set Djinn to standby changes
your class and Psynergy.
If you have a standby Djinni in battle, you can use it to summon.
After summoning, the Djinni will be in recovery until it has
recovered all its power. Recovering Djinni cannot be unleashed
or used to summon.
If a Djinni's power is used to summon, the Djinni enters recovery.
After it has recovered its power, it will set itself once again.
When a Djinni is set to an Adept, its power may change the Adept's
class. Find your own unique combinations of Djinni to improve your
characters' classes.
Psynergy is a mental power. People who wield it are called Adepts.
Psynergy can change with class changes or when you go up a level.
Try changing your class to earn new Psynergy.
To give your Djinni to someone else, move it like this.

After choosing who gets the Djinni, you can "set" it.

When your class changes, the Psynergy you can use may also change.

Setting a Djinni changes your attributes and sometimes even your class.

Each Djinni has different, unique powers.
Once we have been set, you can unleash us in battle to use our powers.
So, Felix, let me demonstrate the power of my attack now.
See! What did I tell you? When you unleashed me, I used my special attack ability!

After being unleashed, we Djinn will then stand by, ready to be summoned back again...
If you have multiple standby Djinn, you can summon even greater powers into battle!
Choose this command when you want to unleash me in battle, all right?
Then you can summon even greater powers!
After a Djinni has been used to summon, it must spend time in recovery.

And once we've recovered, we automatically set ourselves again, so we're ready to attack!

That's all you have to do to unleash a set Djinni!

Hey!

You look like you already know a little about us, huh?
Well, you weren't very surprised when you saw me. Am I right?
No way! You? Surprised? Nah, I can't believe that!
I mean, look at you! You're an Adept!

I thought so. I could tell you were an Adept from a mile away!

See, you know all about us, so you must be an Adept.

Even I know that!

You look like you're new around here. Embarking on a dangerous journey in a strange land?

I thought so... Well, I'm looking for my companions... We were parted when Mt. Aleph erupted.

Would you mind helping me find my companions?

Come on, take me with you. I'll even lend you and your allies my powers!

You see, the more Djinn you have with you, the more powerful your Psynergy becomes!

All you have to do is set us and then unleash us in battle!

If you gather a bunch of us, you'll have all that power at your disposal!

So what do you say? Will you be a pal and take me with you?
Oh, come on! I promise I won't be a burden and eat all your chips or anything!
But if I'm with you, you'll be all kinds of strong!
Wait, that's not it... There's more! Your allies will develop exciting new abilities!
And I'll be your best friend ever in combat! I'll be all over the bad guys, I promise!
What, you want to see me beg? Fine! I'm begging! PLEASE! Let me join your group!
You just don't get it, do you? I'm not used to being ignored, you know. Take me with you!
Don't be a meanie, OK? Nobody likes a meanie. I'm serious here.
You don't really want to leave me behind, do you?
Oh, all right. If that's the way you're gonna be, fine. I'm coming with you anyway!

I'm so happy! Oh, you won't regret this, I promise!

The Venus Djinni Echo has become Felix's pal.

While I'm here, would you like me to give you a quick explanation about Djinn?
After bringing a Djinni into your party, you must set it to somebody.

Next, I'll show you how you can use us in battle.

See! We Djinn can be pretty useful, can't we?

But...there's one more thing.

So, we go from set to standby to recovery, then back to set.

That's just a simple little explanation of how to use us.

Did you get all that?
Hmmmm... Do you want me to explain it all to you again?
Well, then, I guess I'll go back to the beginning, OK?

Well, that's it. Now, we're pals forever!

Oh, yeah! If you want to learn more about Djinn, refer to the help, OK?

You and your friends should make sure you get the most out of us Djinn.

Wells, stoves, shelves, etc.

It looks like seawater has seeped into the well.
I doubt anyone will be using it for quite a while.

There's a passageway at the bottom of the well!
I wonder if anyone else knows about this...

It's completely full of water. The bottom is really deep.

Meh? I saw the silhouette of a man in the well!

It looks like this well doesn't get a lot of use.
I guess it's because it's so far from the main part of town.

There's only a little bit of water down at the bottom of the well.
As hot as it gets around here, I bet the water evaporates fast.

This well looks really old.
I'll bet this is exactly how it looked back in ancient times.

There are some potatoes boiling in the pot.
Maybe they're making potato salad.

They're making nan.
It looks weird, though... I guess in Madra, they add nuts and raisins.

All the spices are neatly arranged.
No dining table in Madra would be complete without them.

There's a chicken curry slowly simmering on the stove.
Judging from the smell and the deep red color, it must have a lot of tomatoes in it.

A pot of Masala tea is boiling on the stove.
It's full of milk, and it has a nice, sweet smell. It's driving me crazy!

They're making tandoori chicken.
In Madra, it's cooked on the bone. It's one of the dishes they're famous for.

It's a roast chicken so big that it's practically bursting out of the oven!
Hmm... I wonder if it was related to the chicken I saw outside... I thought it was a pet!

Fresh eggs, over easy... Some people call 'em "sunny side up"!
When it comes to breakfast, these are the best!

That cheese looks fabulous.
I could really use a snack... Maybe with some bread and—Gah! I'm getting hungry!

Eeeeew! They're frying up bug larvae!!
It looks awful! But it smells GREAT!

It's lamb on the bone, broiled over an open flame. The lamb is golden brown and juicy.
They'd probably notice if I took some... Too bad.

Huh, what is that!? Lobster grilled in the shell!
I'd like to experience this luxurious culinary treat at least once in my life!

Newts skewered over an open flame.
Are they making food or some strange kind of medicine?

There are lots of strange-looking plants boiling in that large pot.
It's got a familiar smell I just can't quite put my finger on.

Seasonal veggies boiling with some lamb meat.
The oyster seasoning is really tempting my tummy.

There is a seafood pie baking in the oven.
Its reputation for having a, er, fragrant smell precedes it.

It looks like some kind of seafood soup.
It smells like the ocean!

It's Alhafra's famous broiled lobster!
It's bigger than I could ever possibly have imagined!

That seafood stew has an abundant variety of fish.
One bite of that, and I'd be hooked!

The steel resting in the flames is glowing bright red.
This must be where they forge sharp items.

There's fish I've never seen before gently simmering there.
I wonder what this foul soup could possibly taste like... I'm not sure I want to find out.

There's a bright-red soup full of beans and tomatoes simmering.
That spicy smell is really something else, but it might burn my mouth a bit.

Ah, the smell of fresh corn bread cooking in the oven!
One whiff, and I'm drooling like a bulldog!

Contigo's famous for these cookies they make...
I've heard that, even if you have the recipe, it still takes years to learn to bake them.

It's roasted fish from the nearby river.
The smoke is getting in my eyes.

That simmering soup is made with broth of cow bones.
It seems it's a traditional Shaman meal, passed down from generation to generation.

I've never seen vegetables like the ones boiling there.
Whoa! They really stink! Do people actually eat those!?

There's Kaltic stew made with lamb meat and potatoes.
Looks pretty tasty, if you like boiled meat.

Those boiling vegetables look like weeds.
I'm pretty sure I won't be eating any of those anytime soon.

There's cheese in this stew.
Hey! There's mold growing on it! Is it supposed to be like that?

There is some strange dish made using fish eggs.
There are strings coming from them. I wonder if that's normal.

They've got some strange meat I've never seen before.
Instead of using firewood, they're cooking it with burning antlers.
I wonder if the meat and the antlers came from the same animal.

It looks like there's a captain's logbook in here.
There's something about an unreported trip to Lemuria in here... I guess they were rushed.

There's a book called "The Great Adventures of Lunpa." ...Written by Lunpa, no less.
"When the great flood came, we fled our homes by boat. Waves engulfed our ships.
"We came to in a strange land called Lemuria."

I found a letter from Babi. On the outside, it reads, "To my dear friend Lunpa."
Babi wrote, "Forgive me, Lunpa, but I must leave the island without you."

Here's a book called "The History of Lemuria."
An excerpt: "Only traces of the once-brilliant land of Lemuria remain today."

Here's a book called "Elemental Lighthouses."
It reads, "The beacons of the four elemental lighthouses brighten the fringes of Weyard."

Here's a book called "The Great Lemurian People."
"The chosen master of water will be a native son of Lemuria."

Here's a book called "Alchemy and Ancient Civilization: Part I."
"Through the use of Alchemy, civilization undergoes great growth and improvement."

Here's a book called "Alchemy and Ancient Civilization: Part II."
"Those who master Alchemy shall master the world."

Here's a book called "The Diary of Hydros."
"Piers is most definitely still alive. I pray for his safe return."

It's pleasantly cool.

What in—!!!
What's with all these bathrobes?!? Where are the baths?
