Quick Strike is a standalone Jupiter-aligned physical attack Psynergy in each game in the Golden Sun series. Though it is introduced in Golden Sun, it is hardly intended to be used in normal play in that game in particular because it is only available at Level 40, far above what the player's party would be expected to have reached by the end of the game (within the ballpark of Level 30). It is exclusive to the Samurai class series, which can be reached by arranging Djinn on either a Venus or MarsAdept so that their elemental profile is a rough blend of Venus, Mars, and Jupiter. Quick Strike is significant for offering an extremely solid and reliable damage multiplier of x1.8 without involving randomized chance, whereas weapon unleashes can only randomly proc when the Attack command is selected. The high natural Attack ratings of the Samurai and its improved Ronin class ensure that the user can consistently land a strong blow every turn for a fairly efficient cost of 12 PP. In the later games, the damage can be optimised by giving the Ronin a Darksword, which is noteworthy for its peerless base Attack stat but does not have an ideal endgame-tier Unleash effect otherwise.
...that when you give the Shaman's Rod to Moapa in The Lost Age, the left NPC's segment of the story about Hoabna and Yegelos erroneously states that it was Yegelos that gave the rod to Hoabna?
...that Cruel Ruin counts as a summon-style effect, which causes it to deal more damage if your party's HP ratings are higher?
...that while Lemuria's Lucky Medal Fountain in The Lost Age (but not Tolbi's fountain in Golden Sun) has not been emptied yet, you can press A while facing it without standing on the platform in the center to drink its water and restore your HP and PP?
...that when selecting characters on the Dark Dawn status screen, each character placement plays one of the seven natural musical notes (Do Re Mi...)?
