A Psy Grenade is a consumable item introduced in Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. Like all consumable items, one party member can hold up to 30 pieces of its kind. When used, a small dark purple-colored explosion hits up to three targets and damages the PP pool with a power rating of 30. Although they cannot be bought, they can be sold for 120 coins.
It is dropped once during the game's third boss battle, but players will see this move more than often during all Tuaparang-associated battles.
Trivia
- Psy Grenades seem to work on the same principle as Psynergy Vortexes, although no connection has been confirmed.
- Contrary to the in-game description, Psy Grenades do not inflict HP damage.
