Living Armor and Puppet Warrior are species of monsters found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. These monsters, which as the name implies resembles animated suits of armor armed with an axe and shield, are palette swaps of each other and have differing levels of power and defense.

Living Armor

Living Armor.png

A red-tinted member. It has 201 HP, no PP, 266 Attack, 99 Defense, 90 Agility, and 21 Luck. It is resistant to Mercury attacks but quite susceptible to Jupiter attacks.

Living Armor can attack with a physical attack, defend and use the Monster Skill Power Crush, which inflicts heavy damage to a party member and has a chance of leaving the unfortunate victim with only 1HP. This makes them dangerous to fight repeatedly, especially when they're paired up with a Minotaurus, who also knows Power Crush.

Felling a Living Armor yields 320 EXP, 205 coins, and sometimes some Water of Life. It is located in Tundaria Tower and Ankohl Ruins.

Puppet Warrior

Puppet Warrior.png

A blue-tinted member. It has 310 HP, no PP, 469 Attack, 180 Defense, 125 Agility, and 22 Luck. Again, it is resistant to Mercury attacks but quite susceptible to Jupiter attacks.

Puppet Warrior's attack options are same as its lesser counterpart, albeit more powerful, thus fighting it repeatedly isn't recommended if the party is underleveled.

Felling a Puppet Warrior yields 555 EXP, 283 coins, and sometimes a Psy Crystal. It is located in the optional Treasure Isle dungeon.
