An Adept's Helm increases the wearer's Defense by 29 points, and multiplies the wearer's total PP by 1.2. It is bought for 4000 coins while its resale value is 3000.

In Golden Sun, the is acquired randomly as a prize from Tolbi's Lucky Medal Fountain. it can be transferred to Golden Sun: The Lost Age as part of a Password-enhanced game. As a helmet, it can be worn by Isaac and Garet, and if transferred to The Lost Age it can also be worn by Felix and Piers.

Analysis

This armor is one of the many pieces of equipment that can be won at Tolbi's spring and be used to outfit the party, replacing their outdated equipment. When compared to the Ninja Hood, the other headwear available to Isaac and Garet at Tolbi's spring, the Adept's Helm is stronger than the Ninja Hood by one point. While the Adept's Helm increases the PP meter, the Ninja Hood increases Agility.

Due to the PP increase, one Adept's Helm is usually given to Isaac, to allow him to make better use of Ragnarok. Since Garet is slower than Isaac, the Ninja Hood is a viable alternative, and thus the choice between the two is up to the player.
